Vanessa is an attorney from Universidad Libre (JD) and a musician by vocation, a combination that has enabled her to understand art not only from a creative and emotional perspective, but also from its structural and legal protection dimensions.

She participated in the “Niveles de Niveles” event led by Sony Music Publishing in Medellín, a forum in which she deepened her knowledge in intellectual property, copyright, artist management, and strategies for the sustainable development of the music industry.

She is currently part of the Legal Tape team, where she leads catalog organization, negotiations, and talent contracting for artists such as Aterciopelados. She demonstrates strong capabilities in contractual analysis and in designing strategies for the protection of trademarks and economic rights. Her approach combines legal precision with artistic sensitivity, ensuring comprehensive solutions tailored to each client.

In addition to her work in the music industry, Vanessa has expanded her professional scope by entering the real estate sector. She also completed her legal internship at the National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN), where she strengthened her expertise in public and tax law.

She is currently pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Intellectual Property and Copyright Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia, further reinforcing her commitment to the protection of talent, innovation, and creative works.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
