Oscar is an attorney, writer, professor and litigant in civil, commercial and family law, being his specialty the cassation proceedings in matters of this nature. He advises individuals and companies of diverse areas, including the ones of massive consumption, business, transportation and digital marketing. 

He has also held diverse positions in the judicial branch in Colombia, with more than 10 years’ experience between the exercise of litigation and the jurisdictional function in the civil, commercial and family law areas. 

Attorney from the Externado de Colombia University, Master’s Degree with emphasis in contractual and non-contractual responsibility, civil and of the Government, Specialist in civil procedural law and Specialist in commercial law from the same University. 

He has been associate of Alberto Preciado y Asociados, Assistant of the Civil Chamber of the Higher Court of Bogota, Municipal Civil Judge of Ubaté and Facatativá, Civil Judge of the Circuit of Zipaquirá and Advisor Attorney of the Higher Court of Bogota. He was also Auxiliary Magistrate of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice. He currently litigates also, advises and provide consulting services on topics of civil and commercial law, performing at the same time the university teaching.

He speaks Spanish and English.
