Iván is a lawyer, writer, photographer and legal and business consultant specialized in the creative and pharmaceutical industries. His extensive professional and academic training provide him with the necessary tools to perfectly understand the concerns of his clients and defend his creative and economic interests, focusing on finding legal solutions tailored within the needs of each negotiation.

Lawyer and BS in Literature of the University of the Andes, specialist in commercial law of the same university, Master in intellectual property (LLM) of Queen Mary University of London, he also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) of the EAE Business School / Rey Juan Carlos University of Madrid.

He has been an associate lawyer in the intellectual property department of Clarke Modet & Co, senior associate in the patent department of Cavelier Abogados, as well as legal advisor to the Bogotá Energy Group (GEB) and legal coordinator of Khiron Life Sciences Corp. He is currently advisor in intellectual property, corporate law and entertainment law for different companies, artists and entrepreneurs.
