Lucas is an attorney with emphasis in IP from Universidad de los Andes (JD), where he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in IP. At Legal Tape, he advises artists, producers, and companies in the cultural, music, and audiovisual fields on matters entertainment law matters, contracts, IP, and trademark prosecution.

He has participated in international projects such as the documentary Blue Lizard Effect (Aruba Tourism x Discovery Channel UK) and has provided legal support to artists including Aterciopelados, Cabas, El Binomio de Oro, and Fundación Orquesta Sinfónica de Bogotá. He is also the founder of a technology company in southern Huila focused on the development of digital solutions, from which he has led initiatives aimed at transforming transportation systems through technological tools.

His professional profile combines strengths in contract drafting, legal research, case law analysis, and strategies for the protection of intangible assets, with a multidisciplinary perspective and a focus on delivering creative and efficient legal solutions for the cultural and technology fields.
